This web site https://www.pyrodoors.co.uk (“the Site”) is operated by or on behalf of Pyrodoor. We have produced this Privacy Statement to let you know what personal information we collect through the Site, how we collect it and how we use that information. Our privacy statement only covers our web site and does not extend to links to other web sites to which we may link.

Our Policy

We do not obtain any personal information about you simply through you browsing our Site. It is only when you contact us, either through the Site or by e-mail or when you register with us to access our technical drawing files, that we obtain personal information about you. This information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Purpose of Processing

We will always try to let you know what we will do with your information at the point we collect it, unless of course the purpose is obvious, and will only process your data in accordance with these purposes. So if you have requested information about our services or products, we will only process your personal data to deal with your enquiry. By providing your personal details to us, you are consenting to Pyrodoor Ltd processing your personal data for these purposes.

We may also use your personal details for marketing purposes (unless you have ticked the “opt out” box on our web form). You may also let us know at any time that you do not wish to receive any further marketing or promotional material from us.

Whilst we do not obtain personal information about you when you simply use the Site, the web server does automatically collect standard information such as a user’s IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, etc. Like many websites we use cookies, these are small electronic files which are placed on a user’s hard drive to identify a user. Pyro Doors will provide you with a copy of the personal information we hold about you upon written request. We will however charge an administration fee of £10 for dealing with your request.
